• The bidder should have successfully commissioned at least one single Oil/Gas pipeline project of 12” diameter and 60 KM in length OR 8” diameter and 75 KM in last five years
• Minimum net worth of amount Rs.10 Crores is required as per audited accounts as on 31.03.2010. Net worth for this purpose to be considered as sum of equity share paid up capital & reserves and surpluses excluding revaluation reserve minus miscellaneous expenditure. Certificate from a chartered Accountant of the company should also be submitted to this effect. Bidder should submit copy of audited accounts for F. Y 2009-2010 (balance sheet, P&L account and notes to account).
• Bidder should be a company registered under companies’ act 1956
• The bidders shall be qualified based on their own strength; Consortium is not acceptable.

Note: Backup documents with the proof of compliance towards above Qualification Criteria shall be submitted.

Interested parties may collect the RFP document (soft copy in CD) from GSPL office by submitting non-refundable Bid Fees of INR 25,000/- by a Demand Draft in the name of ‘Gujarat State Petronet Ltd.’, payable at Ahmedabad, from 30/6/2010 to 06/7/2010 during office hours.

Further, EMD of One Crore in the form of Bank Guarantee shall be submitted along with Technical bid submission.
