Shri D Rajagopalan, IAS holds Master Degree in Science. He is a senior IAS officer having administrative and corporate experience spanning 26 years. He was Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation as well as of State Transport Corporation of Gujarat. During his tenure with the Central Government, he has served as the Import and Export Secretary with the Commerce and Industry Ministry, Government of India. Formerly he was Chief Secretary, Government of Gujarat.

Shri D J Pandian, IAS, Non-Executive Director
Shri D J Pandian, IAS holds degree in Master of Business Administration from Madras University. He is a senior IAS officer having administrative and corporate experience spanning 26 years.Shri D J Pandian, IAS has worked on deputation with the World Bank in Washington, D.C. He was Director, External Commercial Borrowing, Ministry of Finance, Government of India from 1995 to 1997. In addition, Shri D J Pandian, IAS has also held various appointments in the Government of Gujarat. He previously headed Gujarat Lease Finance Limited from 1993 until 1994. Shri D. J. Pandian, IAS was Managing Director of GSPCL as well as GSPL from 2004 to 2009. Presently he is Principal Secretary, Energy & Petrochemicals Department, Government of Gujarat.

Shri P K Pujari, IAS, Non-Executive Director
Shri P K Pujari, IAS holds a Master degree in Economics from Delhi University and a Master of Science in Macro Economic Policy and Planning from Bradford University, UK. He is a senior IAS officer having administrative and corporate experience spanning 26 years. He was also appointed Managing Director of Civil Supply Corporation Limited and Gujarat Industries Development Corporation (GIDC). He has held important positions in the Finance Department, Sales Tax Department, Government of Gujarat, Department of Power, Government of India and the Commercial Tax Department, Gujarat. Presently he is Executive Director of Food Corporation of India.

Shri Suresh Mathur, Independent Director
Shri Suresh Mathur is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has experience spanning 39 years in the Oil Industry. He has handled varied assignments in the fields of Finance, Marketing, Operations, Strategic Planning, International Oil Trading and Execution of Projects. He was the Managing Director of Petronet LNG Limited from 1998 until 2005. He was also Director (Finance) of Indian Oil Corporation from 1994 until 1998. He was advisor to the Essar Group.

Shri Tapan Ray, IAS, Managing Director
Shri Tapan Ray, IAS holds Degree in Engineering from I.I.T. Delhi, Post Graduate in Public Policy from Princeton University USA, Master of Public Administration from Syrause University, USA and Degree in Law with various Diplomas. He is a senior IAS officer having wide administrative and corporate experience. He has served as Principal Secretary, Finance Department, Government of Gujarat.

Presently Shri Tapan Ray, IAS is Managing Director of GSPC, GSPL and looking after the entire GSPC Group.
