5.	Shri Tapan Ray, IAS, Non Executive Director Shri Tapan Ray holds degree in engineering from I.I.T. Delhi, post graduate in public policy from Princeton University USA, Master of public administration from Syrause University, USA and degree in law with various Diploma. He is a senior IAS officer having wide administrative and corporate experience. Presently he is Principal Secretary (Economic Affairs), Finance Department in Gujarat Government.
6.	Shri N J Jhaveri, Independent Director Shri Jhaveri has corporate experience spanning 40 years. He has taught Economics in colleges in Ahmedabad. In 1965, he joined the RBI as an economist. In 1974, he joined the erstwhile ICICI Limited as Chief Economist and eventually became the Joint Managing Director. In 1993, he joined I-Sec as Executive Chairman.
