1.	Shri. D Rajagopalan, IAS, Chairman Mr. D Rajagopalan, holds Master Degree in Science. He is an IAS officer and has vide administrative and corporate experience. He was Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation, Gandhinagar as well as of State Transport Corporation of Gujarat. During his tenure with the Central Government, he has served as the Import and Export Secretary with the Commerce and Industry Ministry, Govt of India. Presently he is Additional Chief Secretary, Industry and Mines Department, Government of Gujarat.
2.	Smt. V L Joshi, IAS, Non Executive Director Smt. V L Joshi holds Master Degree in Psychology. She is an IAS officer and has wide administrative and corporate experience. During her tenure as IAS officer, she has held several important positions both at the Central and State. Presently, She is Principal Secretary, Energy and Petrochemicals Department, Government of Gujarat.
